STRADEVCO (STRAtégies de DEVeloppement COnsultants) is a consultancy firm born in February 2003 and
managed by Jean-Michel Salmon,
its permanent expert, Development Economist, specialist of Small
Economy issues, notably in Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

STRADEVCO proposes its expertise in all issues related to the economic strategies of developing countries,
particularly in the case of ACP (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) Countries, as well as of EU outermost regions
and Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) (ultraperipheral regions, i.e. Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane française, la Réunion, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira).

Among these issues we can mention Regional Economic Integration, Trade Policy, Multilateral Agreements
and Negotiations (WTO), the special measures for Small Economies and SIDS, the Economic Partnership Agreements with the European Union, the cooperation projects funded by the EU and the Project Cycle
Management (from identification and feasibility to mid-term and final review), Macroeconomic Policy,
Industrialization, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Labour Market Analysis.  

In response to specific demands and needs, STRADEVCO may hire the temporary services of
the best international experts, thus is able to built any available and efficient team for any issue
included in the ones referred above ; STRADEVCO may also on occasion collaborate with other
